The $250 deposit can be fully refunded on 02-28-2010 in the event that the workshop does not reach the minimum number of attendees (10).

Due to the great deal we have with the resort, the cost of the workshop will remain at $1,900 until 01-30-2010, after such date the fee will increase to $2,350.

 

All cancellations must be in writing! No refunds given for non-use of facilities or services offered. No refunds for flight cancellations, weather, acts of god, war or terrorism, etc.

 

Boston Studio, Fabrizio Cacciatore and Paul Granese act only as agents in matters of transportation, services & tour operations. Travelers agree that the above listed shall not be liable for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services.

 

Boston Studio, Fabrizio Cacciatore and Paul Granese do not assume responsibility or liability for any damages or injuries to any participating individuals engaged in underwater activities, tours, etc... Whether alone, in a group, or under the supervision of a dive master. Or otherwise, any injury, loss or damage to person or property, and expenses arising from delays caused by weather, transport companies, government restrictions or regulations, discrepancies or changes over which Boston Studio, Fabrizio Cacciatore and Paul Granese  have no control. Reasonable changes in itinerary may be made when deemed advisable or necessary for the comfort and/or well being of participants.

 

Your balance is due in full, on or before February 28, 2010.

Travel insurance recommended for all travel

Not included: alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, rental gear,reef tax, Honduran departure taxes, gratuities, and special request expenses.

All prices are per person in US dollars Based on double occupancy.

Package prices are for 7 night /8 day stay. Prices include all transportation from and to Miami and Honduran government tax. Travelers departing from Honduras will be subject to a $35 exit fee, not included.

 

All rooms include A/C, ceiling fans, private bathroom, hot water shower, hair dryers, private porch, and pier.

 

We will take advantage of the resort’s “Vacation rate” which includes:

 

The Bay Islands are known for their outstanding climate. The average temperature is in the 80's (F) and ranges from the uppers 80's during the Summer months and the low 80's during the winter months. The occasional cold front sweeps through the island generally 2-3 times a year dropping the temperature into the high 60's for a few days. The average yearly rain fall is 100 inches, creating a lush green tropical paradise year round.

The resort provides a charter flight for their guests. It would make a 5 hour trip (van and ferry) in less than 45 minutes.

It costs $260/pp/roundtrip from San Pedro Sula to Utila. Guests are allowed 2 carry-ons and 2 checked bags of 50lbs.
